New engineering appointment for Nord
Nord Drivesystems has appointed Craig Robinson to the newly created role of national manager of mining industry. He is charged with establishing a new range of heavy industrial gears.

Director of Nord Drivesystems Australia, Mark Alexander, said Robinson’s “appointment signals a new direction of engineering expertise for Nord in Australia.”
Robinson has 26 years of experience in mechanical power transmission. He kicked off his career in 1986 with Euro-trans under the guiding hand of Mr Gus Schluter, specialising in planetary gearing and industrial coupling systems.
Robinson shifted employers after eight years to work with helical gears. His previous roles included engineering, project and product manager.
