Conveying specialist teams up with US rubber maker

Kinder & Co has announced a supply agreement with one of America’s leading custom industrial rubber manufacturers, Bi-State Rubber Inc.

Bi-State Rubber manufactures custom conveyor belting for a range of industrial applications as well as weigh feeder belts, shot blast belts, magnetic separators.
Weigh feeder belts are available with a range of flanges and sidewall designs and can be mechanically spliced or vulcanised endless. In addition tumble and shot blast belts are manufactured.
The company’s cleated magnetic separator belting features an improved bonding process which hot vulcanises 25mm x 25mm cleats to the base belt making them an integral part of the belt top cover. The tough and reliable separator belts are available in a range of standard sizes as replacement belts for common brand separation equipment.
In addition, Air Slide fabrics are constructed using the newer needled technology which offer consistent air permeability ensuring even flow of particulate compared to traditional woven constructed material.
The company also provides a range of custom designed flue duct and metal bellows expansion joints using a variety of materials making them suitable for many industrial applications. Metal bellows expansion joints are available in a range of configurations including single unrestrained, tied single, universal unrestrained, tied universal, pressure balanced or externally pressurised.
Founded in 1970, the privately owned company has customers and business relationships worldwide in the cement, quarrying, foundry and die-cast industries.
