ORMIG ‘pick and carry’ cranes available from 10-60 tonne

Based in Italy, ORMIG has been manufacturing cranes since 1949 and during that time has established a worldwide reputation for designing and building high quality mobile industrial cranes.
ORMIG Pick and Carry cranes are suited to a wide range of industrial applications when a hooked load has to be both lifted and moved. The cranes compact dimensions make them maneuverable in confined spaces and easy to drive.
The range commences with the 10 tonne unit and progresses up to the heavyweight 60 tonne model – there are 10 models available in total. Whilst the majority of units feature a diesel power plant a 10, 25 and 33 tonne model is available with an electric motor.
The steering, brakes, suspension and tyres have been designed to cope with the many different types of surfaces and different applications that the cranes will encounter. Naturally the cranes meet all the necessary compliance regulations - top speed is 7-8 km/h.
The cabs are manufactured to provide exceptional visibility and come complete with rear vision mirrors, windshield wipers and a full set of operational controls. The ergonomically designed interior is designed to minimise driver fatigue whilst a fully adjustable suspension seat provides the driver with a comfortable ride on any surface
The 804 model is a truck mounted crane which provides operators with outstanding maneuverability coupled with the ability to travel long distances fast. Its impressive 32 tonne lifting capacity plus the ability to tow loads makes it a truly versatile machine.
The cranes can be fitted with a variety of special attachments such as jibs, forks, and hooks jaws providing operators with great versatility. Reach stackers are also available for lifting containers and trailers.
The cranes are fitted with all the latest safety devices in accordance with current legislation.
